Maria Moreira Feio

Project Manager in the area of Ocean Policies, Frameworks and Economics at Oceano Azul Foundation, working for the increase of the value of the ocean through the valorization of blue natural capital, mainly with projects focused on building capacity for a new blue bioeconomy. Responsible for Blue Bio Value, a programme that aims to scaling up national and international innovative marine biotechnology R&D projects, startups and young SMEs. Maria holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Advertising from IADE – University of Lisbon and a master’s in Management from NOVA School of Business and Economics. When not at the office, she will likely be at the beach, between rocks and ocean water.
