In terms of data, 83% of remote workers participants say stress levels decreased considerably during the experience – 94% report feeling more creative and inspired – 81% of participants said they worked more productively.
As per Villages, 100% wants Rooral to replicate their remote work experiences since the money spent locally during the experience (around 1500 euros per month per participant), balanced their tourism seasonality income. Villages also noted that many collaborations were happening between participants and locals, while the mutual appreciation and respect were shown in each experience.
